The 45th APLA Annual Meeting will be held from October 20 to 23, 2025.
The meeting will be held at the Grand Fiesta Americana Coral Beach Cancun Hotel in Cancun, Mexico.
Registration will be open as of Monday, Jun 2, 2025.
You will be able to register online at any time.
Business casual: No jacket or tie is required.
The event will take place at the Grand Fiesta Americana Coral Beach Cancun Hotel.
Once you complete the registration process, you will be provided the necessary hotel booking information.
APLA reserves the right to cancel the hotel reservation if the registration is not paid within 5 days after receipt of the invoice.
The “All Inclusive” option means the accommodation rates paid by each guest include the following products and services:
Check-in time: 3:00 PM
Check-out time: 12:00 PM
You can select the length of your stay using the link to the hotel website at the end of the registration process. Special accommodation rates and conditions will be available from three (3) days before up to three (3) days after the official dates of the event (October 20-23), subject to availability.

In this edition, APLA will offer the «All Inclusive Grand Fiesta Americana» package, which includes: access to the entire program of the meeting, accommodation and «All inclusive – Luxury without limits» services. These are the two packages available:

These rates do not include a 16% VAT charge – only for foreign participants, not for Mexicans.
To prove their nationality, attendees must provide proof of their entry into the country through one of the following options:
a) The immigration stamp provided to all international visitors upon arrival in Mexico. The passport must be duly stamped by the immigration authorities. “The client» or the attendants will provide these immigration documents to the hotel upon arrival or prior to the departure of the group.
b) A copy of the Digital Multiple Migratory Form (FMMd) for each participant stating the correct purpose of the visit, which must be «business”. This form must be downloaded from the Government of Mexico´s website: www.inm.gob.mx/spublic/portal/inmex.html.
Participants will provide this digital form upon arrival at the hotel.
Until Friday, August 15, 2025. From August 16, 2025, the full fee will be applied.
Registration can be paid by credit card or bank transfer.
The additional accommodation rate per night per double room is USD 110.02 + taxes.

REGISTRATION CANCELLATION POLICY
Yes, refunds will be made according to the following deadlines:

30% of the paid amount shall be reimbursed. | No refund. | No refund. |
All refunds will be made after the end of the Annual Meeting.
Cancellation Policy: Exclusive benefit for MEMBERS
Only APLA members will receive the benefit of having 50% of the amount paid
credited toward registration for next year’s meeting.
CANCELLATION REFUND POLICY
Participants who prefer to have their refund credited (according to the applicable percentage) toward a future registration may do so at any of the next three APLA meetings.
a) If the registered participant works for a company that is an ANNUAL CONTRIBUTING MEMBER of APLA, the credit may be used by the company for the payment of a future registration; it can therefore be transferred to another person from the same company.
b) If the registered participant works for a company that is an ANNUAL NON-MEMBER CONTRIBUTOR of APLA, the credit is non-transferable.
REFUND FEES ACCORDING TO PAYMENT METHOD:
a) For payments made by credit card, 7% of the cost paid will be retained for administrative expenses.
b) For payments made by bank transfer, USD 60 will be retained for bank administrative expenses.
A participant may be replaced by someone from the same company, free of charge

You can select your meeting space(s) from April 7 to April 25, 2025.
In the event more than one company requests the same space, spaces will be assigned taking into account the following conditions:
Beginning on May 9, 2025, companies will be informed of the spaces that have been assigned to them.
The reservation of a meeting space will be confirmed when the payment is made for the space.
TRANSFERS
We recommend using authorized airport transfers.
